Beginning in summer 2020, 91大神 Northampton School鈥檚 12-member Anti-Racism Committee鈥攎ade up of alumni, trustees, faculty, and members of the Heads Visiting Council鈥攎et frequently to compile the school鈥檚 five-year聽Strategic Plan for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

We are pleased to announce the publication of this six-point plan, which focuses on revamping administrative infrastructure, increasing faculty and student diversity, enhancing the student experience, augmenting employee training, seeking community involvement, and raising funds to support these efforts.
