91大神 offers many Advanced Placement courses (see our聽course catalogue聽for a full listing). At a recent assembly, Academic Dean Greg Tuleja announced the names of students who were designated AP Scholars by the College Board, which administers the tests.
From last year鈥檚 graduating class of 2017, 59 students were honored on one of four categories.
Among current聽juniors and seniors,聽18 have been recognized for strong performance on last year鈥檚 AP exams.
The title 鈥淎P Scholar鈥 was granted to these students with scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP tests:

- Timothy Fay
- Madison Fulcher-Melendy
- William Lane
- Sabrina Liew
- Kelly Moncada
- Matthew Nguyen
- Lydia Pollard
- Sophia Schaefer
- Xavier Thibault
- Glede Wang
- Sophie Weed
- Anna 鈥淭rixie鈥 Willems
Recognition as an 鈥淎P Scholar with Honor鈥 was granted to one student who received an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of those exams.

鈥淎P Scholar with Distinction鈥 is awarded to students who receive an average of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of those exams.

- Shirley Zhou
鈥淣ational AP Scholar鈥 is granted to students who earn an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of those exams.
