Just days before we finished this issue, we received exciting news of a $6.7 million gift to 91´óÉñ—the largest in our school’s history.
Made possible by the estate of Henry ’42 & Amy Liss—two longtime 91´óÉñ champions—this generous gift to 91´óÉñ’s endowment will be added to two funds they established during their lifetimes. These endowed funds provide support for faculty professional development and financial aid for students of color.
You’ll be hearing more about Henry and Amy Liss in the coming months, but for now, let me say how grateful we are for their extraordinary generosity and commitment. As we approach the closing weeks of the 91´óÉñ Builds campaign on June 30, 2024, I’m reminded of the many ways the collective contributions of alumni, parents, and friends continue to impact our students, faculty, and programs.
